There is hardly money left to fix the car, buy enough groceries, and hardly any time to work harder as children demand double attention from you to make up for the lost spouse. It’s a total mess. 
You are financially responsible for orphans, which is a responsibility you consider to be an additional load to you. Some orphans are kicked out by their own extended families into the cold.  

Homes, cars and other properties are sold or confiscated by banks because your loved one cannot keep up the loan payment obligations without your pay check. 
 
In the book of 2nd Kings 4: 1-7, (Click here to read) a window whose husband had just died was on the verge of losing her two boys to creditors who wanted to take the boys as their slaves in exchange for the money that the late husband owed. 
 
Upon approaching Elisha, the prophet for help, Elisha was shocked to learn that the man had nothing in his house other than a jar of oil as assets . He did not leave anything to pay off the debts and leave enough money for the family to live on. The man of God then advised the woman to collect all jars in the village and fill them with oil from the one jar.

The miracle worked for the woman and upon filling all the available jars in the village, Elisha advised her to sell the oil and pay for her debts, which would leave her with enough for her and her sons to live on in freedom. Will you wait for such a miracle to happen or you will protect your family now when you are in good health?
